History
Loral International Secondary School started in Festac Town in 1992 with Day and Boarding facilities. The hostels were sited then at Ayetoro, Ijanikin and 21 Road, Festac Town, both in Lagos.
At a point in time when facilities were becoming over-stretched as a result of population explosion, a large expanse of land was acquired at Igbesa, Ogun State, Nigeria. The Secondary School was completely moved to Igbesa.
Again, when it was becoming increasingly difficult for parents to commute from distant locations to our Igbesa Campus, the Day Secondary School was conceptualized and moved to Festac Town in September 1999. The Day School was approved by the State and Federal Governments in 2005

ADMISSION
Admission to the school takes place twice before the beginning of the school year: through the main and supplementary entrance examinations.
Admission proper is given on merit, however, some minor percentages are reserved for borderline students whom we feel can be salvaged in line with our stated policy.
The school admits students into JS1 and SS1 only. Any of our students has the option of choosing to be a Day student or border because we run both with the same high LORAL Standard.
